I saw a news story today about a cloned puppy that included information about many other cloned animals. I wasn't too put off by this, but this got me to thinking, about the future of cloning in other countries like South Korea, and about the times when genetic manipulation is more accurate and effective, what will happen. It seems that the level of technological acceptance and savy by the younger generations grows exponentionally, and it makes me wonder if we will also begin to accept a variety of other naturally based (although wholly unnatural in process) phenomena. It is somewhat odd to envision how the generation below us might feel about issues, how they will vote when we are old and they hold most of the power in the world. The future could be very interesting, I can only hope that we don't destroy ourselves and the planet before the end of my lifetime.
