And last I leave you with this...a sculpture that was done a quarter ago, but still fools many people to believe there is a guy using a laptop about 12 feet in the air....many people think its real because of the large number of people who sit below this area and use their laptops at all hours of the day and night. Allright, I need to go to bed, because its real late, and I just finished packing, and I have to leave for my flight in about 4 hours, yay.

a quick scope of the senior studio revealed this precursor to the barn table 

The one flaw....clearly that bowl on the right is for a stand mixer, due to the locking notches at the bottom of the bowl. Now why would you want to be using a hand mixer when you could be using the stand mixer that bowl came from? Take that Rund. 

I cry a little on the inside when I see this.... 

This is a photoshop rendering from a sophomore in the other section....it makes me want to shoot myself. I can only hope my stuff looks this good this quarter. 

a closer look reveals this....Center for Electronic Reconstruction of Historical and Archaelogical Sites? Since when is this in DAAP? I know we have a small reputation for achaelogy at UC, bet I never knew this place existed, its just nestled away in a small unused branch of the ID floor
